The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and the prosecution side upon being directed to do so by the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner herein and he is languishing in custody since 11.06.2018.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018.
