2. Heard Ms. Babita Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State.

3. The present application has been filed seeking correction of name of the father of the petitioner in the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80552 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she has filed supplementary affidavit and also second supplementary affidavit and the same are available on record. Learned counsel submitted that due to inadvertence, in the main

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13078 of 2020 dt.07-04-2021 2/2 application of Cr. Misc. No. 80552 of 2019, the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Kapil Paswan", though it should have been "Late Uttim Lal Paswan". Thus, prayer was made that the Court may permit the correction in the name of the father of the petitioner in the main bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 80552 of 2019.

5. Having considered the matter, the application is allowed. The name of the father of the petitioner is permitted to be corrected. Let it be read as "Late Uttim Lal Paswan" instead of "Kapil Paswan".

6. Accordingly, in the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80552 of 2019 also, let the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Late Uttim Lal Paswan" instead of "Kapil Paswan".
