Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. From the container of petitioner huge quantity of liquor was recovered, however, petitioner was not there at the time of recovery of liquor. Three others were there who were apprehended by the police. Petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2021. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that the petitioner had no knowledge

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 323 of 2020, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
