JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2019.

There is no fresh ground for reconsideration of bail of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons recorded in previous order dated 22.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33843 of 2019, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is rejected.
