The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mehasi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 354, 427, 447, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16666 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 The informant made allegation that all the accused persons having armed with different weapons came and assaulted her husband Vikash Mahto and others.
It is submitted that Renu Kumari solemnized inter-caste marriage with Vikash Mahto and on account of such dispute arose between Vikash Mahto and his co-sharers. Lakhindra Mahto has already been enlarged on bail. No specific allegation is made against the women petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar-IV, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehasi P.S.
