2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The name of the petitioner has come in the present case on suspicion.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13696 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Jehanabad/concerned Court below, in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No.50 of 2019.

7. The petitioner shall cooperate in the trail personally or through his counsel.
