The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the dispute arose out of a petty squabble occasioned on account of cutting of banana tree and also the fact that the petitioner has one other antecedent at the hands of the mother of the present informant, let the petitioner Md. Masood, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rupees 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction
