For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. Sc16- Abbas Haider ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 Stand of the respondents that the allegations made with regard to process of selection initiated for filling up the post of Jail Warden was speculative, premature and pre-emptive seems to be correct. There are no specific instances indicated by the petitioners to direct the respondents to revisit the exercise. The Court has been informed that the process of selection has already been completed. If that be so, there is nothing left to be decided in the present writ application. If anybody has grievance against such selection, he may challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding. Writ is dismissed.
