The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/364/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the victim made allegation that one Manoj Kumar Verma kidnapped her daughter.

It is submitted that the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she disclosed that nobody kidnapped her and she wanted to live with her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of

No.16589 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S.
