JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the very outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the informant that in this case almost all the witnesses have already been examined and now the case is pending for the evidence of I.O. as such, the Trial is at a fag end. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded the submissions made by learned counsel for the informant and submitted that the case is pending for evidence of I.O. and next date fixed is 31.07.2017.

No.31173 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the parties, this application is dismissed with direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of two months.
At the same time, S.P. Hajipur is directed to ensure the attendance of I.O. in the Trial Court on the next date fixed so that the Trial can be concluded expeditiously.
