Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.281 of 2015, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation against all seven accused of indiscriminately assaulting the deceased and two others by lathi and danda but the deceased had sustained only one injury on his head, similarly situated other co-accused Babul has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 11.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47023 of 2016 and case of petitioner stands on similar footing.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11547 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Karu @ Tabrez is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.281 of 2015.
