Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120(b) IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of murder. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Amarjit Kumar who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-2. Some other co-accused have also been allowed bail in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23574 of 2021(2) dt.10-09-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patepur Police Station Case No.16 of 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
