The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more of less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc.76927 of 2019.The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 21.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on
