Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.103 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 363 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that within four years of marriage of the deceased solemnized with the petitioner, she was done to death by setting fire on her body and the same was disposed of discreetly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay of two days in lodging of the case and information was given to the parents of the deceased and thereafter the dead body was disposed of in their presence. It is also submitted that the deceased committed suicide by setting fire on her body;

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19369 of 2018(2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is the husband and there is specific allegation against him.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.103 of 2017 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna.
