The petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.03.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 109 of 2008 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has no idea about the stage of the case.
