He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 5, Circle Officer, Simari for expeditious disposal of the said

2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 5, Circle Officer, Simari, Buxar to dispose of the aforesaid application dated 03.09.2024 (Annexure P/5) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
