The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barhara P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter went to school with photographs for collecting scholarship and money of dress, but she did not return. During the course of enquiry, the informant came to know that Govind Paswan with the help of his family members kidnapped his daughter. The informant approached the petitioners and father, mother and brother of Govind Paswan assured about the return of his daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16626 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 appears that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The daughter of the informant is alleged to have been kidnapped by Govind Paswan.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
