The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Roh P.S. Case no. 22 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. A school teacher Sarita Kumari made allegation against the petitioners that they, being co-ordinators of a training programme, took money from the complainant-informant and misappropriated the same.
It is submitted that the petitioners are co-ordinator of a training programme. They did not misappropriate Rs. 9800/-. The informant has made allegation against the petitioners and an
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16878 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 enquiry was conducted and the allegation of the informant was found false.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
