2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 185, 187,324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired at the victim which hit the victim on his face. Petitioner is accused in four more cases of serious nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed.
