The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 11 persons including the petitioners assaulted the brother of the informant and when the informant came to rescue he was also assaulted and in course of assault co-accused Mangal Singh snatched gold chain from the sister of the informant and Randhir Singh snatched golden chain and Titan Watch from Madan Singh.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries caused to the informant and his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22699 of 2014 (6) dt.05-02-2015 brother are found simple in nature. Petitioners' sides have also received injuries. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners are accused in one other cases apart from the present one.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case no. 183 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
