JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016, registered under Sections 393 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected for the present on 23.03.2017 vide Criminal Misc. No. 13367 of 2017. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016 for about more than two years.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6170 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
