The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the pickup van of the informant was stolen while the driver had parked the same and had gone to have his meal.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown persons. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation when he was arrested on the basis of suspicion and he is said to have

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner, the petitioner not having been put on T.I. Parade, no incriminating article having been recovered from his possession and his having been in custody for more than 1 year 2 months since 23.9.2021, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case no. 137 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
