Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2017. A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete now. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20164 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 connection with Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 862 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
