2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 registered for the offense under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 17.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 63523 of 2025, and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is premature, as successive bail applications cannot be entertained by this Court within a few months of earlier rejection.
