The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in short that the informant's ten years son was found missing. On search, it was detected that his son has been locked in a room by the petitioner. While informant went to the petitioner to query about the same, he was assaulted as a result of which, he sustained injuries. It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-08-2022. He has remained in custody for eight months. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

As per allegation, single knife blow is said to have been given by the petitioner. There is no repetition of blow. No offence under Section-307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021.
