The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Special Case No.1432 of 2019 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No.347 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The police raided a half built house and under the straw, one bottle of Indian made foreign liquor containing 750 ml. and six bottles each containing 180 ml. of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered. The petitioner and others are said to have fled away from the place of occurrence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the house does not belong to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the
