The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.11.2020, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20984 of 2020, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time.

No. 20984 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
