JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 414 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner along with his father is alleged to have killed the informant's son for the reason that deceased had married the sister of the petitioner. Submission is that allegation is of honour killing but there is no evidence except suspicion and charge sheet has been submitted in this case and another co-accused, father of the petitioner, has been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57278 of 2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sureman Singh, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4190 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 414 of 2016.
