The petitioners are in custody since 28.12.2017 in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No.631 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent of similar nature, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in
