After some arguments, Mr. Md. Harun Quareshi, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the court below for discharge.

It may be noted here that the petitioners are the relatives of the husband of the complainant / Opposite Party

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16404 of 2015(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 No. 2, against whom no specific allegation has been levelled. Should such a petition be filed before the court below, the same shall be disposed off, without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.

The petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.
