Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 registered under Sections- 420, 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner undertakes to complete the total work of construction within four months after release from custody and after starting of the operation of joint account.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28345 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 with condition that petitioner will complete the total work of construction within a period of four months from the date the joint account in question becomes operational. In case petitioner fails to abide by his undertaking, Court below will be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
