Today, learned counsel for the State furnished a cheque of Rs. 34,98,852/- bearing No. 912965 dated 08.07.2022 of Canara Bank in favour of petitioner Anil Kumar Singh. The petitioner is not satisfied with the amount determined by the respondent. If he is not satisfied with such amount he is at liberty to pursue the authority by making a detailed representation highlighting to what extent he is entitled to. If

Patna High Court MJC No.387 of 2022 dt.13-07-2022 2/2 such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall take a decision and pass suitable order and communicate at the earliest.

With the above observations, the present contempt petition stands dropped.
