Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(A) and 32(iii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the alleged recovery of 9 liters of country made liquor, petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
