Mr.Nazir Ansari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 16.02.2015 passed by the learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Ara in Trial No. 402 of 2011, arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2010 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial under the provision of Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The learned counsel for the petitioners is not in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16358 of 2015(5) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 a position to state about the stage of the case. The order summoning the petitioners to face trial has been passed on 16.02.2015 and there is every likelihood of the trial having been concluded by now. In any view of the matter, on perusal of the order impugned, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.
The petition stands dismissed.
