Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 34 of Indian Penal Code. The informant stated that he was apprehended by this petitioner while he was driving his motorcycle. He further alleged that this petitioner made assault on his head as a result of which he fell down and sustained injuries.
Petitioner submits that earlier he has filed a case against the father of the informant and to save the neck of his father, this case has been filed on false implications. He further submits that the informant, as per his own version, was a 14 years old boy and he might have sustained injuries on his head while he was driving
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11530 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 his motorcycle.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 501 of 2015, with the condition that he would not physically absent for two consequential dates at a stretch in the case till two witnesses are examined, failing which his bail bond would be cancelled.
