2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024 registered on 29.04.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, the allegation is of kidnapping the informant's sister with a view to marry her.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offense. He further submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner, except that he supported his brother in his marriage to the victim. He further submits that both the petitioner and one Malti

From the rejection order, it transpires that the victim has been recovered, and her statement was recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, wherein she did not make any allegation against the present petitioner. Instead, she stated that she went to Delhi on her own.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to the satisfaction of CJM, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
