2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 19.08.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is an absconder in a case of 2015.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court after framing of charge.

5. Permission is accorded.
