2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been killed by the petitioner and other co-accused persons. It has further been alleged that earlier six month pre-mature baby was born to the deceased was also killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that baby was pre-mature baby, the baby died and the deceased has not been killed she has also died.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties.

7. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the dead body has not been recovered.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

10. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
