Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 242 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2017, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,
