JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for pre-arrest bail in connection with Sri Nagar Pujaha P.S. Case No.101 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 341, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, vide order dated 18.1.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.2202 of 2016, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was already rejected by this Court. Apparently, there is no change of circumstance and learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to persuade the court on merits. Since this Court after consideration of the case on merits has already rejected the application, there is no question of review of the order. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
