Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 384, 385, 307, 447, 364 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Submission is that the FIR would reveal that three persons including the petitioner assaulted with Gupti (penetrating weapon). However, the Doctor has found simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance and lacerated wound. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.274 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5311 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
