====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Karahgar PS Case No. 21 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants robbed the truck driver and relieved of eighteen thousand rupees from him.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, there is no material against him except disclosure of his name by co-accused Mahabir Yadav in his confessional statement.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Kabindra Prajapati @ Kavindra Kumhar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karahgar PS Case No. 21 of 2017.
