The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is the owner of the Toto vehicle on which the passenger was taking liquor and he was arrested. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
