This is an application for regular bail in connection with Town P. S. Case no. 482 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the uncle of the deceased who in his written complaint has stated that on 15.10.2017 in the late night husband of his deceased niece informed that his niece, namely, Kajal Sarkar has committed suicide by hanging. Accused Vapun Das had solemnized love marriage with the deceased but after marriage their relations became very strain and she was often being assaulted and tortured by her husband. There is general allegation made by informant against petitioner and other accused and there is no specific overt act alleged against this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6532 of 2018(3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 petitioner. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Town P. S. Case no. 482 of 2017.
