The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ commanding the respondents to consider the name of petitioners for promotion to the B.A. (Trained post) w.e.f. the date juniors were promoted.
(ii) For consideration for promotion to the post of Headmaster after granting graduate trained post for which the petitioner no.2 is entitled for w.e.f.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7372 of 2021 dt.18-07-2024 2/2 the date juniors to the petitioners were granted. (iii) For commanding the respondents to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioners. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled for in the fact and circumstances of the case.

In view of claims of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no.5 within four weeks, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim. The respondent no.5 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of ten weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

It is made clear that the respondent no.5 shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
