The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case no. 638 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Vidyalaya Pariksha Niyantrak Adhinium. One Manish Kumar was appearing at the examination for appointment of Constable in place of the petitioner. Manish Kumar was apprehended.
It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge that somebody was appearing on his behalf. Manish Kumar had fraudulently obtained the admit card of the petitioner. The submission appears to me quite unacceptable. It was the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16715 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 who set up Manish Kumar and he was appearing at the examination of the Constable for appointment of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
