The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.548/2017 registered under Sections 272m 273/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

82.500 liters of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the roof of the house of petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. No incriminating article has been recovered from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7115 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged seized liquor. He has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since 02.11.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.
