2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Paura P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 352, 303(2), 351(2) and 351(3) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioners are the member of the mob and one Bittu Kumar is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioners

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioners and has submitted that the charges have been framed in this case.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Paura P.S.
