The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hathauri P.S. Case no. 2/14, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the accused persons were fencing the path and on objection by the informant some scuffling took place.
It is submitted that there is a case and counter case. The informant Girish Sinha got simple injury. From the side of the petitioners also some persons sustained injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is

No.16720 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 land dispute and injuries found on the both sides are simple in nature, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 2/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
