The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 344, 366, 370(3), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3(a)(b), 4, 5(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Allegation is that the accused persons are involved in the business of immoral trafficking of minor girls. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2020 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15621 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner had no knowledge that the girl in question has been forcibly brought. The allegations made in the F.I.R. is denied by the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. case No.09 of 2020.
